Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270G-001
Introducing the Patek Philippe 5270G-001 Perpetual Calendar Chronograph
Vintage or modern, Patek’s perpetual calendar chronographs are among the most coveted and collectible of all wristwatches. The fact that no other watch has appeared on as many watch auction catalog covers is a testament to their collectibility and widespread appeal.
The 5270’s introduction was remarkable as it was the first Patek perpetual calendar chronograph to use a 100% in-house designed and manufactured movement. Patek released the 5270G, an all-new perpetual calendar chronograph based on the 29-535 PS, in 2011. The 5270G-001 was Patek's first in-house perpetual calendar chronograph. It was discontinued in late 2013 in favour of the -013. This reference used distinct black gold indexes.
The 5270G indicates the day and month in apertures at 12 o’clock, the date with moon phase at 6 o‘clock, a 30-minute counter for the chronograph at 3 o’clock, and seconds indication at 9 o’clock
The one presented here is in very good condition, unpolished, untouched. All the accessories you see on the pictures are included in the set.
Box, papers, second caseback with serial numbers, watch pin, extra strap, PP strap holder, PP travel pouch and a very unique PP document/laptop case is also included. An absolute unique and complete set.
