Laurent Ferrier Galet Square Regulateur Salmon

Laurent Ferrier is a true independent manufacturer founded in 2010 and named after its founder, Laurent Ferrier. Having worked at Patek Philippe for over 40 years he nurtured a dream of making watches that represent his horological values:

The objective of the Galet Square is to have a presence on the wrist, whilst maintaining the classic “pebble” design from which the watch is inspired. The case is polished in a mirror finish and the crown is engraved.

The Galet Square Regulator normally comes in a pink gold case with a black dial. Laurent Ferrier made an exception for a VIP customer who wanted the regulator with a salmon dial and a steel case. This piece is one of a kind and no other has been manufactured like it.

The dial is brushed and is red-gold toned or salmon as we would call it. The dial features the hours at 12, the minutes in the center and a small second at 6. The dial features also an outer, white coloured, printed minute tracker along with the "Regulateur" and the brands logo. 

Flipping the watch over reveals the distinctive, and beautifully finished automatic LF 228.01 movement with gold micro-rotor and perfectly chamfered bridges. Impressively, the Laurent Ferrier Galet Micro-Rotor has a double direct-impulse escapement, that improves the movement through its ability to use less power and maintain amplitude and has a power reserve of 72 hours. 

The watch comes in a full set with the original unworn LF strap.
